PLEASE don't submit it to Apple as a list that you'd like to see on their service. I can't afford the traffic or attention.

The podcast will be updated regularly with new episodes, but if I haven't fetched it yet, its cause I haven't gotten around to it yet. If I'm a week behind (as in the Real file was made available a week before, then feel free to email me.

I'm not accepting donations. At all. WBEZ Chicago deserves the cash - they make content, I simply re-encode it.

If you're not a starving student, or someone who makes less than ... say ... $30,000 a year, get off this site. Subscribe to the Audible downloadable version. Its not [too] expensive, its updated often, and is legal. You can afford it.

Somehow poor, but still wanting to give me money? Go here and donate.

More amazing to me is that apparently, TALs are made available through the iTunes Music Store! $3.95 isn't fair, IMHO, but thats not for me to decide. You can buy it from there too.

This site is still up by the good graces (or lack of awareness) of the folks that make the show. They ask, it goes down.

How to rip/encode these shows on your own? I'll have a guide up later, but for those looking to learn something : Google it

So, the archives. So my host JUST implemented a plan where you get more b/w depending upon
how long you've been a customer, so my entire group is now up to 240G.
Yes, the TAL archive will be back, soon infact, once I'm done today
[hopefully] at work, and I've finished the PHP limiting software. I'm
going to either limit all MP3s older than 4 shows to 3 downloads / day, or
7gig total downloads per day --- I'm going to make an exception - change
the podcast to just the past few shows and leave those unquoted (for now).

Many have emailed, and I'm glad to know that "actual" people were using it
=) I even got apologies from one of those double downloaders! :) Keep
emailing, I'll get it up soon.

*** end update

Due to my ENTIRE 75 Gb of bandwidth being slurped in three days, I'm
taking the TAL archive offline. What I'm planning to do is simply host the
latest few episodes from now own, perHAPS with a sliding scale of certain
other episodes, but the folks slurping the ENTIRE archive in a ten hour
period, or even the inconsiderate person that fetching the entire lot
TWICE, but given how close I am to my max, I can't afford to do it
until this billing period is over (July 6ish!).
